There are no "nitrogen powered" cars. Maybe you mean nitrous oxide (N2O), which can be used to provide O2 for the cumbustion process. But then you are still burning fuel or diesel. I have never seen a car company advertising models using N2O engines for the consumer market, ever. That's the stuff that you see when you watch The Fast & The Furious movies or play Need For Speed Underground video games.
