I can't remember who, but I think someone said that they mentioned this in the presentation they made at the Fastmarkets conference.

Self imposed timelines and communication have never been a strong point from even the GXY days. They just hate spreading the news! I think I have repeated myself enough times on these two points ;>

The only time I saw good communication was when Simon Hay came on board as CEO for GXY, but then the merger, and then he was gone.
