I would have thought this was obvious but apparently not. I guess the term "Chinese" is a bit of a generalisation but it should still be obvious we are referring to the government, not the people. The people can't do what we accuse (with evidence) the "Chinese" as doing, only the government can. They've proved time and time again that they only want to play dirty, so it's not racist to call them out for treating their people and the rest of the world so unfairly
