AKE could go into trading halt...
As already discussed AKE board have pushed the quarterly announcement back to the very end of the month. Why?
My take is this:
- AKE don't require debt. They have circa US$600m in cash.
- They have where approved the debt from the IFC last Dec. Why wait until today to announce.
- FIRB blocked Balt hills take over last Friday.
- See below, Astroid have until the 17th Aug to respond to FIRB however will respond by 27th July, coincidence?
- Part of the legal proceedings between Galaxy GXY and Asteroid was to transfer all of GXY shares in Alita over to Asteroid to end legal proceedings. However, there where other terms and conditions in the final settlement that never made public (to the best of my knowledge) . Was an agreement included that in the even of FIRB rejection, GXY would have an first option to acquire Bald hills?
