With Livent's share price sinking on their quarterly miss last night, AKE are now leading the share price merger valuation.

Livent's merged share price is now lower than AKE on a converted basis.

USD$22.91 (current Livent SP) = AUD$34.97 (current FOREX rate).

$34.97 / 2.406 (merger conversion rate) = $14.53 Livent merger price versus $14.56 Allkem merger price.

I suspect that the AKE lead will be short lived with another move down today though. I just thought it was interesting that the valuation gap has now closed, with AKE taking a slight lead for the time being.
