As far as we know it is not Glencore. The DA actually ignored Glencore's offer and Glencore resorted to leaking to The Australian after the sunset date on the DOCA expired this Thursday.

Glencore are apparently fuming. ABL is reported to be trying to get involved today, so not apart of the secret deal.

Alot of rumours are Allkem or MIN. But let's face it there are so many cashed up lithium miners right now. It could be WES, MIN, AKE, IGO, SQY, PLS, who knows
