    Just did a quick back of the envelope calculation. To get to the equivalent market cap of SQM with 82% of the forecast attributable production capacity of SQM (248/302 = 82%) then the AKE+LTHM/NewCo share price would need a 48% uplift, putting it in the range of just over $19.
