I think overall they can cope with it. And many are much more ambitious then what the targets are. There are no ICE ban dates in the US or China on a federal level. Only on a state level in certain states in the US. In China the island province of Hainan will impose a complete ICE ban in 2030. In the EU there is an ICE ban in 2035, maybe with some loopholes for e-fuels.
