I called the shareholders 1300 line this morning and I was advised that Arcadium(new name after the merger) at this stage it won’t be listed in the ASX. Only on NYC platform.
Not exactly sure what this means in terms of tax implications?
Any feedback? Wish to have some factual info rather than just options.
