However,

Apart from one or two Orcs wearing learner plates appearing with subjective, un-referenced slants, that add up to no more than hearsay, this is not the case.

So, "AGAINST" via the Chairman was my call, as you have laid out.

This idea of a CDI whereby I might lose ownership of the shares does not impress me as well.

As I like to keep a tight reign on my financial horse at all times due to any potential scammers.

So, it will be interesting to see what the final result will be.
