    forecasted LCE output with current projects.

    PLS same market cap as mergeco makes no sense to me at $11.6b v $11.4b (Arcadium).

    Can we anticipate a re rate in the market cap in the event livent holders approve the merger today?

    I would have thought we would be closer to Ganfeng market cap of $15.5b…
