There was Alita ( for the Bald Hill tenements ) and there is Cowan Lithium ( for the Cowan tenements ). Cowan was split off when Tawana and Alliance merged.
Cowan project was sold off for $3M ( The cowan website no longer exist so you have to go through web.archive.org ):
It did not mention who it was sold to, but I recall digging and found out the tenements that were disclosed on Cowan's website were marked E 1501377 and E 1501502. "E" stands for exploration.
Looking at the WA public registry, the tenements were at that time held by "MOUNT BELCHES PTY LTD", which is / was a 100% subsidiary of Alita / Tawana.
So one can conclude that it was sold to BLOOMIER, with what appears to be the same people behind Austroid / Liatam who are behind Alita. You can check this by looking at the ASIC register and look at the officers / secretary / shareholders for Austroid and Liatam.
Now that is what I remember so far in my own diggings back about 2 years ago.
Looking at the A40 HC forum, it seems that there were more recent news. Bald Hill might restart soon ( this is news to me today too ) :
Also, M Calderwood is now running ASX-listed Midas.
What does this all mean to AKE ? Probably nothing, I have removed whatever interest ex-GXY had with Bald Hill in my own model. So if AKE gets some royalty from any resumption, then that is just cherry on top.
