Had a call this afternoon regarding the merger. The caller reiterated the details from the announcements, asked if I had any questions, then asked if I would be voting for or against the merger.
I was non-committal, but suggested the need to renegotiate the ratio as I feel that AKE has more value than is being apportioned to the merged entity.
