But if you could wait for the opportunity and CUS did pick up Cashcard you would be buying some very serious scale 10000 ATMS with high profile positions surcharging should have started by then.? A bank would have to be interested in that sort of scale and money, maybe not one of the big 4 or 5 these days maybe a OS institution or local owner by OS, BANKWEST they are looking for distribution points and scale.? or how about a second tier bank Bendigo.?
