As per the ASX advice of 30 Sept the recent placement of 40m shares was to "approx 12 international and Australian institutional investers" who are long term holders; they are a welcome addition to the Top 40 shareholders list as they will not be sellers any time soon.
The Royal Group will be entitled to take up their 1 for 8 issue at 14c - the same as the rest of us.
The norm is for institutional investers to add to their holdings once positive drilling and other results become available IMO.
