The allotment should have been based as a ratio of existing shares held. I own quite a few AGO shares , and at the time could only afford the $2500 allotment. Its wrong if someone owning a minimal amount of shares applied for the maximum $5000 amount and receives more shares than those who have already invested and built up a substantial holding over a period of time.
