    Waiting, waiting, waiting. I know its probably still the 9th somehwhere in the world but this is a little silly. They must have been allotted because we have already seen the changes to directors holdings declared so where did the allotment to the rest of us go ?

    PS. Some nice buying this morning. Might see 14c today.
