Hypothetically,  Given the heavy  interest in this Offer, we could have gone for another $5 million as the registry is already at 40 Billion so whats another 5 Bil in the scheme of things.?  That extra 5 Mil may have capitalised the SA CO2 plant or sped up talks?  and got some long overdue revs moving which only looks better to Hibrow investors wanting to risk their Funds customers money.
A good prelim report of the drill at Wellesley soon will really send this stock nuts!  
At least we will have a exciting Relist Day even if it settles down after that....
