Its all about timeing..... I am a confident holder that agrees that performance should be rewarded. One point i think should be considered is a graded scale. No issue with quantities but time allocations. eg three months 25%, six months 50%, 9 months 75%, 12 months 100% . I am confident that this company has a strong management team and we all will benefit . Regards to all .
