This "stasis" is as perplexing to me as it is to you. I think it has to do with the huge amount of shares out there (supply) and a lack of institutional ownership (demand). But others dismiss this and suggest the market cap is more significant, or some other reasons such as shorting to suppress price, or other manipulation, real or imagined. I don't know. I just ponder and speculate as to why.
It is a vexing issue for which there does not seem to be an answer which all can agree on. I do belive once revenue rolls in this period will be forever behind us.
