Certainly puts competitors and customers on notice about the Akida and STDP territory we have encircled as BRN owned
Our competitors will have to assure their customers they are not in breach of our patents or at least indemnify them against actions
I am very optimistic now that the Akida Patents will be issued soon "globally" as these patent notice of allowances and the addition to PVDMs first patent family after a troublesome time with examiners. But all IMO. At least the risk has reduced considerably.
I am now only focused on "commercialisation" risk and once we get past that it is all blue waters
