It's true they subside manufacturing as everyone does in this world including Australia. The difference is even with 100M subsidence per year the car industry cannot survive in Australia. Apparently there is something more that cannot be explained by subsidence purely and that is worker quality and price. If the west don't want to Chinese goods, just simply raise the tariff to 25% as Trump did, or 60% as he threatens to do. Every problem solved, or is it?
