maybe ...but , would set a precedent as well as being hellishing expensive
people have to know there are reprocussions for taking risks and losing .....not a get out of gaol free card or they'd do it again ....or someone else like them
howevr ...maybe you are still right because the cost of not bailing them might be too high ....we'll see
