back in 2005 - the future for china did not look too bright ... not enough electricity blah blah .. blackouts etc etc .. obviously with not much electricity - not much hope for industrial development blah blah ..
now there is plenty of electricity in china . and china is number one in the world for solar, hydro and wind
interesting that today, and per capita - chinese use the same amount of electricity as europeans - but electricity is far cheaper in china ...

and forget the old trains that peru is getting from america.. and from 8:50 of the following video .. it seems that china will be investing billions in the peru rail network ..
from elsewhere on the net - but peru have about a $10bn trade surplus with china .. and china have invested big time in Peruvian copper mines ..
obviously, the more wealthy that Peruvians become, the more they will buy from china
