butt butt butt america can spend a trillion dollars a year on their military .. just cannot have high speed rail and aircraft carriers

the Chinese High speed Rail, wheels actually fall off if not made by the Germans.
Chineses HS Rail bogeys last a small percentage of kilometres in comparison to the German manufactured and represent the highest risk to the network.
The Germans speak English very well.
Indeed all this information is confusing.
