In December the report to HDR shareholders stated that "a decicion to drill or withdraw from the PSC licence is required for block 7 in the first Quarter 2003 and for Block 1 and 8 by June 2003." Have Dana committed on all blocks?
Also the recent Coup attempt may cause a delay in the current drilling programme at Banda and Chinguetti, we should have heard about drill ship lease atc by now if things were going ahead in August, what are your thoughts?
