    That is my point MC. Due to "advanced negotiations" times were sensitive and Directors could not buy. It is my belief that the only people buying these volumes at teh monet would be Directors as I cant see many others having faith?
    Therefore if it is Directors buying, have these "advanced negotiations" failed?
    It just appears it is being propped up now?
