I would agree if it was a cr to shareholders sp will generally follow down until the cr is completed howevere this was done direct and any smart broker if wanting to make quick money would manage that exit so as to keep the sp as high as possible.
This drop is very much in line with the total chaos and dumping the market is experiencing today which is down just shy of a full 1%
also i dont believe the cr shares have issued although i havent checked the ann
