Your own analysis proves that there has been no material improvement in US domestic demand.
And you conveniently overlook the key fact that uncommitted inventories are 28% higher than the same time last year. For those with short memories, that was the same point in time from which almond prices subsequently collapsed by 50%.
I have no doubt the demand will increase due to the lower almond prices but you also conveniently overlook the fact that supply is also increasing in California and the rest of the world.
