i agree they cant release unaudited figures, but companies can and do give guidance updates as sales are known.
While technically I dont believe WP's forecast was guidance, there is nothing stopping them from updating holders as monthly numbers are known.
I am hopping that the fact there has been no updates on his forecast means there is no need to.
