grog shops are smaller - so, you have people spread out more - the individual catchment areas are smaller - it works better in something like this

Millions of people going in and out of shops over the last 6 months yet cases were virtually non existent. However, I do think your onto something there about larger (crowd gathering markets) as opposed to smaller ones.
