I trust he is pleased with the way his Labor Party, ahem, "the Party for the People", has run the State...after this it will be a total basket case. He'll need the Chinese "Belts & Roads" money to pay the public service wages alone as there won't be an awful lot of private sector taxpayers left.
I wonder whether long suffering Victorians will see a reduction in the bloated size of their public service being many of them will have nothing to do?
