What astounds me is that anyone is shocked or disappointed when this company fails to meet a deadline or does not honour a stated commitment.
Its history is littered with such behaviour.
Poorly managed, poor standards, zero accountability from what I can see. Not a recipe for success, and reflected in results to date.
