Remember that loan i mentioned sometime ago yeilding 2% for the banks money on top of the cash rate, well with the last 2 intrest rates its +4%
I just remember Hedgey, you and i having a chat one weekend and i mentioned it so thought to let you know its working a treat with falling interest rates :))))))
It expires 17th November, if i want it to.
