I must admit I am not familiar with the way CVI is structured or the total purpose of this 100 million finance facility. At first glance it looked as though it was going used and was indeed needed. 100 miilion at say 10% is 10 million a year and that is just paying the interest. Then there is the real cost of production and trying to pay back some of the 100 million to reduce interest costs on the debt.
