    Is this good news?
    I wonder how much this property was as book value.
    If a cap rate were applied at around 9% they were saying during the previous reports then at 8.9% it seems consistent.
    i wonder how much debt from this sale they have reduced?
    i suspect around 60 to 70% of the price.
