That buy is almost 50% of the shares held by SBN's largest shareholder[Fullerton Private Capital].Fullerton are clients of venture capital specialists Greenday Corporate as is SBN.From the failed COG deal it can be seen that SBN can access capital if required.I think something is again in the wind.
