Apart from wanting to change thread title from the highly misleading and mischevous "capital raising", I just wanted to make a comment.
We all know brokers/funds etc like to make a quick return with as little risk as possible(dont we all), and with their buying power they get offered opportunities to do just that. So buying shares on the asx for the american market at prices up to 28c? must have been deemed a good short term investment for them, correct?
I guess these brokers and institutions can already gauge what the reaction will be from hungry us investors by the amount of onterest they are recieving for their, something we are not privvy too.
It would seem that the current price, which was a fraction more than Springtree happily paid, is an excellent entry point for what is to come, judging by my comments above.
ST wont be manipulating the price this time :)
