a quick question please, if somebody can make sense of this;

The "sophisticated investors" put up their cash for this CR and my question is just how much did these 'Sophisticated investors' make in the end? And If, how much did they lose?

Thanks, just am curious about how these investors are considered sophisticated if all they do is dump their newly acquired, discounted shares "on market" and having to pay brockerage for selling? did I mention, not making a cent?
