Sorry bnf.  No idea.  All I'm going on is that there are 3 sources that us shareholders have. IF it is granted in January, we'll either be told by the company with an ASX announcement, or on the public notices that are released by the DNRM when a ML is granted, or, in the Monthly report from the DNRM.  WE can pick the later two up, with the Monthly coming in about a week to ten days into Feb.  That's the only  official protocol available.
Of source, there is also the possibility of an "inside" (not necessarily LNY) leak might trigger off a run on the SP?
Let's see how it plays out, naturally, if it isn't granted in January, the Monthly one wouldn't be relevant in February but the other two are always on the cards. I'll certainly be watching out as, I'm sure, other will be.
