Hi What can I say They are Public Bloody Nuisances( Not Servants) They look after their jobs by making everything too bloody hard. The sooner it all reverts to Computer for service the Better. We have a Labour Government here and 1 third of the state was without Electricity for about 5 hours in the latest heat wave . Had to import power from Everywhere at a great cost to keep our state within the grid. My advise would be that If someone knows someone who works in that department spend some time at the Pub with him or better still a few of them. Cheers Towie
