Latest announcement says merged entity will have assets of 5.48 million and Big Kev shareholders get to share 10% or .55M. Based on shares on issue of 40M that equals 1.4 cents each
That seems a long way from the current market price of 14 cents.
Plenty of losses still to be made in this one still
