Effectively yes, Prana it conducts itself as though it is in private hands. A few years ago institutional ownership was considerably more than 00.98%. Most US institutions and funds avoid investing in companies with share price under $5.00. Even after the reverse share split to remain on the NASDAQ, share price today is only $3.72 , comparable to $0.62 before the 1:6 reverse split.
