After yesterdays meeting-
The resolutions carried were: -
1. “That, for the purposes of Listing Rule 7.4 and for all other purposes, Shareholders ratify the allotment and issue of 15,000,000 Options on the terms and conditions set out in the Explanatory Statement.”
2. “That, for the purposes of Listing Rule 7.4 and for all other purposes, Shareholders ratify the allotment and issue of 40,000,000 Shares at an issue price of $0.04 per Share on the terms and conditions set out in the Explanatory Statement.”
3. “That, for the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 7.1 and for all other purposes, approval is given for the Directors to allot and issue 250,000,000 Shares at an issue price of 4.3 cents per Share on the terms and conditions set out in the Explanatory Statement.”
4. “That, for the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 7.1 and for all other purposes, approval is given for the Directors to allot and issue 50,000,000 Shares at an issue price of 4.3 cents per Share on the terms and conditions set out in the Explanatory Statement.”
5. “Subject to the passing of Resolution 4, for the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 10.11 and for all other purposes, approval is given for the Directors to participate in the share purchase plan offer and to issue and allot 116,279 Shares to each of:
a) Mr Donald Taig;
b) Mr Peter Williams;
c) Mr Charles McCormick;
d) Mr Geoff Rasmussen; and
e) Mr Phil Lockyer.
on the terms and conditions in the Explanatory Statement.”
