Yep no problem,put an add in the paper and go for it.
The problem is when an employer hires a "contractor" to work for him/her more than 80% of the time.
Some contractors i know have got no more than a bucket of tools and a sedan.
Used to do it myself,not right.
Nothing to do with the union.
