How many of those "disabilities" impact on someone to the extent they can't have a normal life? You're delusional if you think 21% of Australians are disabled at all on what any normal person would consider disabled, let alone so disabled they need special govt assistance.

No wonder you struggle so much with science, a 25.1% increase brought the rate up to 0.8%
Autism rates are massively over diagnosed, any kid that's a bit introverted or something is now suddenly autistic
