Yes there are a few charging stations. The symbols on the map above show approximatly where they are located. I live in Hervey Bay in Queensland and yes, there are two Tesla chargers located at Stocklands . I think this is replicated around the country. How long will you be prepared to wait to charge your car as evs become more main stream. I dont know if you can use a Tesla charging station to charge a nissan leaf or one of the new Jaguar evs or any of the other brands coming on the market. In five years time I think the number of evs in Australia will make the number of charging station required be massivly increased. This is where the government needs to be looking ahead. Most Australians are like me and sick to death of being ripped off by the oil companies. I think the transition will be much faster than many people think. Personally Im waiting for the new VW ev then Im in. Had two Golfs allready and love the product.
