I have a question in regards to Dividend reinvestment scheme.
Does the company use franking credits and dividend amount together when they issue new shares to you?
If so if you are under the tax free threshold would get to keep the whole amount tax free?
This is assuming that franking credits are abolished for tax free income under ALP.
