The ALP accepts payments from the CFMEU. The CFMEU exposed as a criminal organisation. The payments appear to be proceeds of crime.
Now the ALP sit in judgement of their benefactor.
The conflict of interest is obvious, real and outrageous.
The government should hand the situation over to a Royal Commission.
