If Labor get back in what will they do next?
I think they would like to take the axe to private education. I think they would like to take the socialist axe to private health care.
I have absolutely no doubt that employees rights will be further increased to the detriment to business and cost of living.
I think a new marginal rate for those on $300K a year would be on their radar.
There would be further uncertainty with respect to super.
These are all "fair" because they affect those who are successful and redistribute the money to those that Labor want to support.
Any tax reform would take the shape of further re-distribution from the net tax payers to the hangers on and bludgers. Finally I would expect 3 budget deficits in a run with very little to show for it.
